Refund policy for Regular courses

Regular courses are paid in cash and on the spot after your first session.

The price of a regular course is a monthly fee, and not related to how many sessions you can make it. Read more about it in our FAQ.

Refunds are not issued in regular courses unless there are special occurrences involved, or we cancel the course. If you have paid your monthly fee but will miss or have missed some classes, there are two options for you:

  • Making up for lost sessions by going to other courses.
    As stated in our FAQ section, if you missed any class you have the entire month to attend a lesson of any other course to make up for your lost class.

  • Transferring the session to someone else.
    If you cannot make it to one session, someone else can take said session in your place. For that to happen, we need you to notify us by e-mail, social media, or in person.

If we are forced to close abruptly due to governmental restrictions in relation to COVID-19, our refund policy is semi-flexible. We are still left with many financial responsibilities that are not possible to fulfil without the regular income of the school. If it is available to you, we would appreciate you not asking for a refund. 

However, we are aware that some students might be financially struggling precisely because of restriction shutdowns, and in that case, we ask you to contact us to work something out.


Refund policy for Workshops

Workshops require a mandatory pre-payment, which can be done through PayPal or bank transfer. After registering, you’ll receive the payment details by e-mail.

Registration for workshops is binding. If you do not pay via transfer but cancel last minute, you’ll be required to pay regardless. To cancel your registration, you have to verbally communicate it to us, and the three options below apply. (Ex: if you register, don’t notify a cancellation to us and don’t come to the workshop, you will receive an e-mail requesting payment anyway, one last time.) If you fail you adhere to this, you will be black listed from further workshops, classes and events.

If we cancel the workshop, 100% of the workshop fee is refunded immediately.
In case of students canceling, there are several options. Those are:

  • Canceling 14 days before the workshop:
    We issue a complete refund minus a 10 euro processing fee.

  • Canceling 13 to 3 days before the workshop:
    We issue a refund of 50% of the workshop fee.

  • Canceling 2 days before the workshop or afterwards:
    We don’t issue any refunds. You can, however, transfer your registration to another person and notify us. If such cancellation is because you fell ill, or suffered from an emergency, we offer you to come to a future workshop free of charge, but for that to happen we need you to notify us.
